HCC is an accountable body which exists to serve the interests of the Welsh red meat industry as a whole.

Its Board, which meets six times a year, is made up of farmer and processor levy payers as well as others who possess skills that are relevant to the industry. To find out more about HCC's Board Members, please click here.
