The Challenge of a Changing World
Over 200 delegates attended the HCC Conference in 2018 for all the latest information on the red meat sector and HCC's work and campaigns.
It was also an opportunity to engage in lively discussion on matters concerning our stakeholders and included a chance to ask questions of the HCC Board.
The key themes included the post-Brexit future for Welsh Lamb and Welsh Beef; the public debate on red meat and the environment; the strengths of Welsh red meat as we look to the future.
