Whilst some of us have already had New Year’s celebrations, there is another reason to celebrate this month as we mark the start of the Chinese New Year on Monday.
Red meat promotion agency Hybu Cig Cymru – Meat Promotion Wales (HCC) will be celebrating the passing of the Year of the Sheep with Welsh Lamb on all its digital marketing platforms during February.
The Welsh Lamb website and blog will be loaded with remarkable recipes for celebrating in true Dragon style. Over 10,000 followers will also find recipe ideas and inspiration on the Welsh Lamb Facebook page.
HCC has created the ideal combination to crown the Chinese New Year celebrations with mouth-watering menu suggestions like: Welsh Lamb Kebabs with BBQ sauce; Crispy Welsh Lamb Breast with Fivespice; Slow Cooked Welsh Lamb Shoulder with Chinese spices or Chinese-style Welsh Meatballs Broth. Just serve with traditional Chinese vegetables.
