HCC Unveils November Conference Line-Up

Smart solutions for developing a sustainable and commercial red meat supply chain in Wales will be the central theme of the award-nominated Hybu Cig Cymru - Meat Promotion Wales’ annual conference at Llandrindod Wells on November 12.

The conference’s clarion call is “Engage” and the line-up of specialist speakers at the Metropole Hotel, Llandrindod Wells will seek to provide insights and solutions that will allow the industry to maximise its voice, efforts and returns by working together to create and add value to all areas of the supply chain.

Last year’s HCC conference, held at Llanelli, has been recognised by communication industry professionals who have nominated it for a prestigious Chartered Institute of Public Relations award at a ceremony in Cardiff City Hall this evening (October 16).

Speakers at this year’s conference include Welsh Government’s Deputy Minister for Farming and Food, Rebecca Evans; Ed Garner, the Communications Director of Kantar Worldpanel, the global leader in consumer analytics; Richard Brown, of Gira, the European food service market research experts; Patricia Czerniak, HCC’s agent in Germany and HCC’s Operations Manager, Prys Morgan.

Registration will take place at 10:00am and the conference commences at 10:30am until 3:15pm.
